2. Subscription Services & Automatic Billing (Appstle Integration)

• Automated Recurring Charges: By subscribing to The Luqaimat Club, you explicitly acknowledge and authorize that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed automatically via Appstle and Shopify using your stored payment method until you cancel or pause your account.
  
  
• Billing Cycle & Anchor Dates: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly). Payments are automatically processed prior to order fulfillment and dispatch.
  
  
• Customer Self-Service Portal: You can manage, pause, or update your subscription details at any time through your Appstle Customer Portal on our website.
  
  
• Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel three days prior to your next scheduled billing date, and you can access and complete your cancellation directly through the Appstle portal.
  
  
• Non-Refundable Billed Orders: Once a recurring charge has been successfully processed for an upcoming monthly mailer, that charge is non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future recurring billing but does not automatically refund or cancel a mailer order that has already been billed or prepared for dispatch.
  
  
• Dunning & Payment Failures: If an automated payment fails (due to an expired card or insufficient funds), Appstle will automatically retry the transaction according to an automated schedule and send payment update notifications. If payment cannot be secured after multiple retries, The Luqaimat Club reserves the right to pause or terminate your subscription.
  
  

3. Products, Fine Art Goods & Packaging

• Handmade & Printed Items: Our monthly mailer packages contain original flower art prints, vellum overlays, sticker sheets, and written research letters produced in limited runs.
  
  
• Color Variations: We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, actual physical print colors, paper textures, and vellum translucency may vary slightly from how they appear on individual mobile or computer screens.
  
  
• Inventory & Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales or quantities of our products or subscriptions to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Personal Use Only: Mailers and art goods received from The Luqaimat Club are strictly for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and display.
  
  
• Resale & Reproduction Prohibited: You may not duplicate, scan, digitize, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or claim ownership over any physical artwork or digital content provided by The Luqaimat Club without explicit written permission from us.
  
  

5. Third-Party Applications & Payment Processing

• Automated Platforms: We utilize third-party applications, including Appstle Subscriptions for recurring order logic and Shopify for secure payment processing and checkout hosting.
  
  
• Data Handling: By placing a subscription order, you acknowledge that your customer and transaction data required to automate recurring orders (name, email, shipping address, and order history) will be processed through Appstle in accordance with Appstle’s end-user data privacy compliance. Payment card details are tokenized and securely stored directly by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment Vault—not on The Luqaimat Club servers.
